Fantasy parties are a growing trend which are fast replacing the Tupperware parties of old. Sex is much more out in the open than it used to be; now, it’s become a group discussion. In the sex industry, even knowing how to throw parties can be a money-making skill. Learn how to use it to become self employed, and start earning an independent income.

Distributing at a Fantasy Party

Fantasy distributors work in much the same way that Mary Kay cosmetics sales professionals operate. These professionals work for a specific fantasy company which supplies sex-related items in the form of toys, clothing and accessories. The distributor brings samples of items as well as invoices for taking orders on products. In every way, these professionals are independent sales professionals who earn a commission on the products they push.

The distributor, or product supplier, at a fantasy party will show off different products, answering questions and in general being the “life of the party.” It’s important to be personable, approachable and not at all shy. Being able to talk openly about sex, and by extension any sexual object, is the main skill that’s needed for fantasy distributors who want to make money.

Making Money…From Parties?

So, how does it work? First, would-be fantasy party distributors must find a supply company to work for. There are many different ones to choose from, so take the time to find the company that seems to offer the best products and payment opportunities. Any fantasy company supplying these sex goods will provide professionals will all the necessary items to get the job done.

Individuals who want to hold these fantasy-themed parties at their homes will look for fantasy hosts in several different ways. It’s up to the distributor to find out how to capitalize on these opportunities in order to sell more products and make more money. Finding one's own work is the nature of self employment.

  • The fantasy company. Companies offering sex products will also provide information for clients who want to host fantasy parties, and the company will be responsible for supplying these clients with information on nearby distributors.

  • Self-promotion. In all forms of self employment, professionals must do everything they can to promote themselves and everything they’ve got to offer. In the fantasy party business, it’s important for distributors to create business cards and use other devices to let local clients know they’re available for these events.
